Return & Exchange Policy

At Fat Legacy, we carefully inspect and pack every order before dispatch to ensure that you receive your products in proper condition.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, broken, leaking, or incorrect, you may request an exchange.

Important: An unboxing video is mandatory for any damage, defect, or incorrect-item claim.

Unboxing Video Requirement

Please record a clear, continuous video while opening your package.
The video should clearly show the sealed package, shipping label, package opening, and the product inside.
Do not edit or cut the video.
Claims without a proper unboxing video may not be eligible for exchange.

Exchange Procedure

If your product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

Record the unboxing video immediately upon receiving the package.
Contact Fat Legacy with your order number and unboxing video.
Our team will review the claim.
If the claim is approved, the eligible product will be exchanged/replaced.

Customer-Requested Returns

If a customer wishes to return an order without any damage, defect, or mistake on Fat Legacy's part, the return may be accepted subject to our approval.

For approved customer-requested returns, 40% of the order payment will be deducted as a return, handling, processing, and related charges. The remaining 60% will be refunded according to the applicable refund process.

Important Conditions

Damage, defect, leakage, or incorrect-product claims must be reported promptly after delivery.
A valid unboxing video is mandatory for damage or defect claims.
Products must be returned in the condition required by our support team.
Change of mind or personal preference is subject to the 40% deduction mentioned above.
Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return or exchange.
All return and exchange requests are subject to verification and approval by Fat Legacy.
